Reasons For Discontinuing Service

The Cooperative may refuse to connect or may discontinue service for non-payment of bills, faulty or dangerous wiring, non-compliance with the application for service or contract, theft of electricity, or appearance of power theft devices on a member's premises. Discontinuance of service does not release a member from any obligations to the Cooperative.
