Levelized Billing

Levelized Billing makes it easier to balance your budget. You receive an "averaged" bill each month, thus avoiding the budget strain of paying larger bills that occur during the winter (heating) and summer (cooling) seasons. If you have security lights, loan payments, security system monitoring fees, etc., these charges will be added to the levelized amount to determine your total monthly payment. As long as payments are made before the due date, Levelized Billing continues.

To participate in Levelized Billing, you must have lived in the same location for 12 months and have a zero balance on your bill. The following graph demonstrates monthly averaging:
