1001-5000 kW	$15.63 per kW
(Plus an additional $15.63 per kW of the amount by which the customer's billing demand exceeds higher of 2500 kW or its contract demand) Eligible for Small Manufacturing Credit with SIC Code between 2000 and 3900, and with metered demand greater than 1,000 kWh.
