WRECC - Online Billing

For member-customers who have Internet access! Now, you can:

• View your most recent Warren RECC bill
• Review a three-month history of your bills
• Pay your bill by VISA or MasterCard-all from your personal computer
• Receive notification of your most recent bill (e-billing)

With Online Billing you can access your Warren RECC account using your account number (listed on your monthly bill) and your password (created by you - see Tips on Using Online Billing and E-Billing below). Then, visit the new Online Billing section of our website, a secure site protected by GeoTrust, Inc.

Online Billing has a new look! Here are some of the changes you will notice:

• You can now activate your Online Billing account and create your password online.
• You can now type your entire account number when logging in or using password help. For example, if your account number is 987654-02, you can type 987654 or 98765402.
• The side buttons have been moved to the top of the screen, giving the list of account information more room.
• To change your password, go to the Settings menu.
• You can customize your screen using four different color motifs: red, purple, blue and green. Just go to the Settings menu and select Customize Ul.
  

Tips on Using Online Billing and E-Billing:

1. We must have a home telephone number and valid email address on file. To update this information, contact your local Warren RECC office or use the Contact Support button on the Login screen. Requests sent to Contact Support are answered during our normal business hours.
2. You will create a User ID. It is case sensitive and must be 1 - 30 characters long.
3. You will create a Password. It is case sensitive and must be 1 - 10 characters long.
4. You may create a Password Hint to be displayed on the screen if you forget your password.
5. When you submit the valid information, an activation link is generated and sent to the email address we have on file.
6. Use the online Help facility of the Online Billing Information to answer most of your questions, click on Contact Support to email us for assistance, or call your local Warren RECC office for assistance.
7. Minimum equipment and software requirements are Pentium processor, 32 Mb RAM, Windows 98, 28.8 modem. Currently not compatible with Internet Explorer Version 8.

E-Billing

1. Contact any Warren RECC office to request e-billing.
2. You must have a valid email address on file.
