WRECC - Online Billing

A new service for member-customers who have Internet access! Now, you can:

• View your most recent Warren RECC bill
• Review a three-month history of your bills
• Pay your bill by VISA or MasterCard-all from your personal computer
• Receive notification of your most recent bill (e-billing)

With Online Billing you can access your Warren RECC account using your account number (listed on your monthly bill) and your password (activated by contacting your local Warren RECC office). Then, visit the new Online Billing section of our website, a secure site protected by GeoTrust, Inc.

You can request E-Billing at any Warren RECC office. Then, each month you will receive a notification of your bill - emailed to your computer - on the day it is produced. This immediate notice is beneficial to commercial and industrial members, as well as residential members, who want to receive their bill by email. Your bill date will not change, and you may continue receiving your bill in the mail if you wish.

Tips on Using Online Billing and E-Billing:

1. Contact your local Warren RECC office to activate your Online Billing account and receive a temporary password.
2. When accessing the site for the first time, you will change the temporary password to one that is more meaningful to you.
3. Use the Account Number (found on your electric bill) minus the last two digits. This allows the system to display a list of all your accounts. Then, you can choose the account you wish to view.
4. Password entries are case sensitive.  Please use either upper or lower case - not a combination.
5. Use the online HELP facility of the Online Billing Information to answer most of your questions, or call your local Warren RECC office for assistance.
6. When leaving the Online Billing site, use either the "HOME" or "RETURN TO LOGIN" button (not the "X") to exit.
7. Minimum equipment and software requirements are Pentium processor, 32 Mb RAM, Windows 98, 28.8 modem.

E-Billing

1. Contact any Warren RECC office to request e-billing.
2. You must have an active email address.
