System Control

In an effort to increase safety, reliability, and customer service, I am proud to announce the opening of our new System Control Center. The Center is in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to monitor Warren RECC's electric system and dispatch crews to problem locations. The Center now serves all four districts - Bowling Green, Leitchfield, Morgantown, and Franklin. Our members can be assured that we will not only be restoring power as quickly as possible, but we will also be monitoring the electric system to identify possible problems before they creat an outage.

To report outages, in Warren County call 843-9710. Outside Warren County, call toll-free 1-888-604-4321. Our automated call handling system or a dispatcher, if available, will receive your call and report the outage to crews working in your area. When a major storm occurs, we have assigned operators retrieving the calls from the system. Remember to give us information such as the service address of the outage, a telephone number where you can be reached, or the service account number.
