Youth Tours
The Washington DC Youth Tour is a well-loved and long-standing tradition in the cooperative world. Each year, cooperatives from around the country send high school juniors from their service territory on an all-expense paid trip to Washington DC to learn more about our great country. Operation Warm Hearts
Warren RECC is proud to offer the Operation Warm Hearts program which allows Warren RECC members to round up their electric bill to the next dollar amount to help fellow members in need. Learn more about donating to or requesting assistance from Operation Warm Hearts.
