Payment Options

AutoPay

• An automatic payment system that pays your electric bill for you directly from your checking account, savings account, or credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
• Your bill is paid automatically on the due date – never early, never late.
• You will continue to receive your electric bill, but it will be marked “Paid by Draft”.
• Set up AutoPay through  “Manage My Account” or the SmartHub app.

Pay by Phone

Our automated system is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 877-580-2548 and allows you to:

• Get your account balance
• Pay your bill with a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or checking account over the phone
• Othe available features include:
  • You can request a Payment Extension. If you are registered for SmartHub notifications, you will receive notifications confirming your payment extension.
  • Stored Payments: You can store your payment method and use it to make future payments.
  • EFT/Autopay: You have the option to set up or manage recurring payments. This can be done with a credit/debit card or a checking account.
  • You have the option to hear prompts in Spanish.

To use it, all you need is your Warren RECC account number. You will be required to set up a PIN # the first time you call.
