District 1 Board Member Tim Westbrook has been a Warren RECC member since 1984. He has farmed full-time on his family farm since graduating from high school in 1980.

Tim is a member of the Alvaton Volunteer Fire Department and Warren County Farm Bureau and served on the Edmonson and Warren Farm Service Agency for nine years.
