District 4 Board Member Pam Decker has been a Warren RECC member since 1981. She serves as Chief Operating Officer at Franklin Bank & Trust and has spent most of her career as a community banker in South Central Kentucky. Before joining Franklin Bank in 2023, Pam had retired from banking and entered higher education as an Assistant Professor of Business at Lindsey Wilson College and continues to share her professional knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at WKU.

Pam has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Edmonson County Industrial Authority, BRADD, American Red Cross, and the Kentucky Center for Leadership. She has also volunteered with various non-profit organizations providing financial literacy and credit counseling including the Bowling Green Housing Authority’s People’s Opportunity for Underserved Population. Pam is a member of Cedar Springs United Baptist Church in Edmonson County. She and her husband Hoppy reside in the Pig Community. They have two children, Nadina Alexander and Jacob Decker and five grandchildren.
