District 5 Board Member Randy Mann has been a Warren RECC member since 1986. He is currently a partner in Seldom Rest Farms in Simpson County.

Randy is a trustee in the Locust Grove Church of Christ and a member of the board of the Kentucky Soybean Association, the Kentucky Soybean Promotion Board, and the American Soybean Association.
