Hard times can hit anyone at any time. In an effort to help those who may be having a difficult time paying their electric heating bill, Warren RECC is proud to offer the Operation Warm Hearts program. This program allows Warren RECC members to round up their electric bill to the next dollar amount to help fellow members in need.
Need Assistance?
Operation Warm Hearts provides one-time assistance to members whose combined household income does not exceed 50% above the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) income eligibility requirements and who have not received assistance from LIHEAP in the same fiscal year.
Operation Warm Hearts funds are distributed through Community Action Agencies. For more information and to apply for assistance, please contact your local Community Action Agency.
